Why Groundwork exists

Groundwork was built by someone who knows what it feels like to wear a mask every day. To be surrounded by people and still feel completely alone. To have things you've never said out loud to another human being because you were afraid of what they'd think.
After 8 years of building a real life, the one thing that was missing was a place where people could be honest without judgment and get the kind of direct, caring support that actually moves them forward. So we built it.
